Landmark surveys helped me when building a new house, they did a septic layout, property survey, foundation location and final survey. I dealt with other surveying companies that promised to come out but never showed up or gave me excuse after excuse. This was an overwhelming process for me, since I am not a builder. Landmark and staff, were very patient and gave me realistic time frames, they came back multiple times and explained things to me. The owner of the company even spoke to me directly multiple times about the process and the right way to handle issues with the town and engineering firms. Very helpful and professional.Phil Harding
